New Menu Items Create Excitement at DCW Main!
Noelle Fyock, Sales Administrator, at Deer Creek Winery Main is excited to announce 5 new menu items to our current light fare menu. She carefully selected the new tasty appetizer-style snacks to pair perfectly with any of our Deer Creek wines. These new menu additions give our customers a larger selection of foods while adding to the wine sensory of every visit.
Topping the new menu list is Buffalo Chicken Dip served with a hearty helping of tortilla chips. Spicier for those who prefer sipping sweeter wines, this cheese and chicken dip provides just enough kick as a great snack with wine any time. Enjoy it any day at the winery or on of our Live Saturday Music events. It sells for $5 per order.
Salsa & Chips have been on our menu for some time now and pairs nicely with those preferring our Pear, Fryburg White or White Sizzle wines. The salsa is our own special mix and includes DCW wine. However, new is the chips are drizzled with our own Tuscan and Lime Olive Oils blends. These oils are great on chips (and popcorn), but gives the appetizer a surprising boost in flavor. This appetizer sells for $4 per order.
Also new on the menu is Bruschetta and is already a favorite among guests and the staff alike! This toasted treat begins with bread drizzled in our own Tuscan Olive Oil then topped with a special blend of tomatoes, peppers, onions and oils. Lastly, Mozzarella cheese is melted on top! Pair this appetizer with a glass of our Shippenville Red, Cranberry Mist or Clarion Concord for a bold sensory that will make you coming back for more! This appetizer sells for $6 per order.
Mozzarella sticks are such a popular food item in many restaurants and we, too, are so happy to have them available for our customers! These toasted cheese delights are served with marinara sauce and ranch dressing for dipping. Feel free to pair Mozzarella Sticks with any of the Deer Creek wines! Try them for only $6 per order.
Last, but definitely not least, is our new Toasted Sandwich! For a heartier snack or lite lunch at the winery, this toasted meat and cheese sandwich is now a popular item for guests just stopping in. Choose between Turkey and Cheddar or Ham and Cheddar for only $4. Pair this with the Chips and Salsa and a glass of wine and you have a great lite lunch or dinner.
Our Vino’s Den and winery is beautifully decorated to make a quiet, comfy place for you to enjoy our new menu items any time of the day or on the weekends.
