Authentic, Locally Made Wine
I recently read a quote that has inspired me to become more in tune with the quality and authenticity of products I purchase. I found this quote on Forbes.com and hope you find it as inspiring as I do.
[blockquote align=”center” cite=”Matt Licklider, co-owner of LIOCO Winery”]I think people are hungry for authenticity, as it pertains to wine or clothing or experience. They want authenticity. I believe in my heart that the natural course of evolution is a movement away from the industrial experience toward something that’s more authentic.[/blockquote]
When I read this quote I started thinking to myself “self, how can I surround myself with authentic experiences?” More and more you see everything becoming more industrial and less and less personal. It feels cold and many times results in frustrating experiences.
As I came to work that morning I looked around and realized, I am the face of some pretty authentic products. I sell many varieties of locally made wine and high quality extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegars to people daily. It really doesn’t get more authentic than that. Our winery believes in the “Deer Creek Experience” a completely authentic and genuine process of offering our clients selections of wine; by offering samples, suggestions and exceptional customer service. I am very proud to be a part of a company that produces such authentic products as well as uses vendors who supply only the highest quality of products.
If you have not been given the “Deer Creek Experience” you need to make a trip to one of our locations ASAP! I highly suggest coming to one of our Seneca Locations “Wine Meets The Olive Grove” food and wine events. The event offers education on our special extra virgin olive oils and vinegars, featured selections of food prepared with these high quality products as well as wine paired perfectly with each selection. They truly are delicious!
If you come to any of our locations at Deer Creek Winery we promise to give you a completely authentic product and experience!
